Deposit for Apprenticeship Registration

Registration Deposit for Participation in Leslie Desmond's  2015 - 2017 Apprenticeship Program. 

NOTE: There is room for 12 participants who currently handle horses, ride, train and/or coach others at the intermediate to advanced/trainer level.  If you are completely new to horses, or are now working at a beginner level, this course is not designed for you, and you are requested not to complete the payment form below. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards the tuition for accepted applicants.

Please do not complete any of payment forms below until you have received a confirmation that your registration for the apprenticeship program has been accepted and that you have been assigned to the venues you wish to attend, at times that you are available to participate in this program!

Arrangements for rental cars if you want them, and your reservations for flights, trains, and overnight accommodations must be handled directly via phone/email or old-fashioned post with the car rental and/or travel agency, and facility host.
